Your treatment is tailored for your condition and goals
We provide individualised adaptive oxygen training and breathing retraining, guided by careful assessment of your physiology, breathing patterns, and goals. Rather than applying a standard machine-based protocol, we tailor each program so the stimulus remains effective, appropriate, and well tolerated.
When indicated, we integrate targeted breathing interventions with support for relaxation, stress regulation, pacing, brain retraining, and gradual exposure.
This whole-person approach is particularly valuable for athletes seeking sustainable performance gains and for people with recovery or longevity goals who need a regulated, evidence-informed program.

Dr Rosalba Courtney DO PhD
A passion for the art and science of breathing
Dr Rosalba Courtney is an osteopath and naturopath with a PhD in dysfunctional breathing and breathing therapy, and has incorporated intermittent hypoxic–hyperoxic training into her work since 2001. She developed Integrative Breathing Therapy and is internationally recognised for her research and practitioner training in breathing assessment and treatment.
Her philosophy is that effective healing must be evidence-informed, personalised, and directed at the key factors that sustain health and recovery. She works particularly well with athletes, people with complex chronic illness, fatigue and dysautonomia, and those with longevity-focused goals.
